discover happiness that endures

Your attention is your most precious resource.

In the immediate, what you pay attention to, what you notice from moment to moment as you go about your day, influences how you think, feel, and act. In the long term, the quality of your attention is the foundation of learning, healing, growth, and connection.

In a real way, the quality of our life is determined by the quality of our attention.

Learning the practice of mindfulness, you train your attention to be more stable and inclusive — you are more fully present to your life more of the time. Incredibly, research has shown that the more present we feel in our life (even in difficult circumstances!) the happier we feel.

Practicing mindfulness, you discover happiness that endures!

proven benefits

Research shows that those who practice mindfulness daily have:

+ reduced stress, anxiety, and rumination

+ improved quality of sleep

+ improved immune system function

+ improved working memory

+ improved focus

+ better communication

+ greater feelings of connection with life and others

+ so much more than I could write here!

Scientific research into mindfulness is only 40 years old. As interest in the practice increases, the quality and variety of studies performed improves. As such, every year new benefits and applications are being discovered!

He takes the perspective that everyone, given the right approach, has the potential to learn and so benefit from mindfulness. His teaching is infused with honesty, compassion, and humor — and he always seeks to show how practical yet transformative mindfulness can be in daily and working life.

Since completing a 2-year, 900-hour meditation Teacher Training in 2017 with ClearLight Meditation Institute, he has gone on to share mindfulness and meditation practices with thousands of people — from kindergartens to graduate programs, from break rooms to boardrooms — across PA, NJ, and NY.

In addition to teaching, Brandon works as a hospice nurse, providing support and guidance to patients and their loved ones at end of life.

partnerships

One of my greatest joys as a teacher is adapting my presentations to attune to the needs of the various audiences and groups I meet.

Over the last 7 years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with schools (from kindergartens to graduate programs!), businesses, non-profit organizations, and hospitals to bring the immediate and positively impactful changes of mindfulness practice across the tristate (NJ, PA, NY) area.

If you are looking to bring mindfulness to your organization, group or community, I invite you to reach out! Let’s see how mindfulness can help you!
